Just inquired at the Federal Court how this work -
i.e. does the judge write the judgement in English then Register it and then send to translation or Write it and send to translation then register it.
He writes it send to translation and then registers it.

Court register explained that they still don't have anything yet - When he finish the English version the court register knows because they will arrange for translation.
- they told me that in this case they will arrange for urgent translation when they get it

- They also mentioned that the Judge might release the English version and publish the French later considering the delay – will see. - That was little part....cheers

bigrex im thinkin thats why you guys drink so much sure on land a lot of rum can get you wobaly but mayby at sea when you are already wobly maybe it straightens things out.
