They cant pay Legal fees for 2 reasons
1) we did not demand it in settlement;
2) we did not refuse settlement negotiated by MC and Dennis on our behalf in which they did not ask for legal fees.

We needed to refuse this settlement so we could get back to negotiations and put some responsibility for fees on GOC. Or go to trial and have them pay all. We are responsible through our legal team and lead plaintiff for this situation dont blame the government blame MC, Dennis and the many who backed this deal.

It is that simple. Lay blame at the feet of the responsible.

Has the Harper Government gone too far with not paying Class-actions Lawyer fees?
If the Harper Government can spend over 50 million dollars of tax payers money on the G8 Summit
then why can't they pay for the lawyer fees? Maybe Finance Minister Jim Flaherty should reach for
his wallet and pay the bill?
