Everything at sisip is done , amounts figured out, these just have to be released to MC once the decision is made. Sisip doesn't need the legal fee amount because that is withheld once MC gets the money from sisip. Sisip only withholds income tax which will be 20 percent withholding. I was told that my retro will be sent immediately once the decision is made, then MC will deduct the legal fees whatever they are , and will be sent express post, signature required, along with a print out of deductions. The ones in the computer , receiving financial monthly benefits will be the first batch out followed by confirmed updated addresses for the others . Only the third proxies will take longer up to six months and even that is all geared up to go. I talked to my sisip cm on Thursday , my new one, she has no reason to lie to me after I explained that a great number of veterans are near panic mode and could result in some taking the plunge. She asked me not to say anything but I don't really give a shit at this point. So all we are waiting on is Barnes decision, which she said was 99.99999 percent approved, and to sisip they don't care what the legal fees are because they aren't dealing with it
