I believe you have posed the quantum query Dean Teen in that our Defenders of the Faith have to explain actions during and post Class Action Acceptance. My letter to the PM and the Federal Judge Justice Barnes will be sent off this morning, both thanking them and then a inquiry as to the direction of the Tax Issue and how they (GOC) plan to honour our disabled veterans who have suffered for over 35 years.

The GOC should pay the 8% they are the one that set and or agreed to
8%. IF anyone one think the JB made the discussion by himself your a fool.

It don't happen that why this was pre judged and time wasted to get people at a low and be so happy with scraps. GOC should pick up the bill they made the discussion on the 8% so eat it.

They surely made more that 33.94 million over the years ripping us off.

So I'm asking the Government of Canada you have corrected a 36 year wrong by not appealing and from the Judge's wording in his decision made the negotiations easy by coming to the table with the best offers you could make.

As Justice Barnes stated the most severly disabled veterans are going to carry the burden of paying the most legal fees. Please relieve us of this burden and pay our legal fees.
