Dove, thanks for the info, but please tell us, what is the percentage of the final amount versus the gross amount after interest.

From the calculation sheet.
Withholding taxes for "Gross offset" is 30%.
Withholding taxes for "Tax gross up" is 10%.
For reference the table headings:
First Column shows From Date To Date
Then Column headings are:
A Gross Offset Amount
B (Minus) Federal Tax
C (Minus) Quebec Tax
D Net Offset Amount (A-B-C)
E Interest on Gross Offset
F (Tax Gross Up) 3.27% of A
G (Minus) Federal Tax
H (Minus) Quebec Tax
I Overpayments - Outstanding over-payments
J Overpayments - Outstanding rehab loans
K Refund (less withholding tax and overpayment recovery)
