RR I am so with you. I promised myself not to get worked up this month, but Faaaaaa this is bullshit! They can process 2000 files and update an App in three days but 1500, come on! Are we being punished or what. 
WoV I'm glad your test and all came out positive for you. Big hug girl. I had the most restless sleep last night. Yucky. Ya it chilly this morning.

I get "claim not found" as well! It's possible that your info was entered incorrectly, but if your name and info was not on those initial lists that Manual Life gave to MC, then it will say claim not found. I inquired about this to MC and their reply was that my name and file number have not been provided by Manual Life, and that more than likely MC will get my name and file number when Manual Life has completed processing my retro and passed it on to MC for deduction of legal fee's. Hopefully all that money they are taking doesn't cause them to forget to update the app with my particular's so I see "processed" when I check it, and I know to expect purolator.
