yes could be called sisip to confirm claim number as all my paper work has two numbers over the 14 years and one waiver number that of course is different but will check with CM to confirm and leave APP alone after one last kick lol

Well if it says claim not found, either MC does not have your sisip claim number, or your input into the app is incorrect. Sometimes it could be your service number, no spaces. The info that you put in will have to be exact as MC has on record for you.

So i did it one last time as you said Trooper and got them same responce CLAIM NOT FOUND, so I will leave it alone till next month I guess with the holiday and the 5 day play time and all that, the 12 or 15 of july is my guess, I SAID GUESS.

Put it in as 10111. What about the last batch, did you try it at that batch ?

So my claim number looks like this 1/0111 so how would you put that in?

The number I have looks like this 1/0111 of course the numbers are different but the 0 is there and the hash mark is there and it is on the line marked claim number so should i put it in as 1/0111 or 10111?

I get that same response sometimes.
I just sum it up that the app is being update or not functioning correctly😉

Sapper thanks for your info. But there are no zeros in front of my claim number I will try another idea.

Remove the zeros from the front of your claim#. Worked for me. But my claim # had 5 zeros in it! Good luck.

I was getting the same message when I first tried. Then I removed all the zeros from in front of my Claim # then it worked. Sorry, claim not yet processed. Try it for yourself.

Is this the normal responce that every one is getting or are there others?

I am just asking to see if there is a different answers because some people say different things when they get a responce on the forums don't worry i am not trying to start any Rumors in any way at all just asking?.
