It would be good if they could mine sooner than later,
But will have to plan for them not coming through before the 5th of May deadline.

Re: T1198 (Assorted Topics)
Sent in my taxes with T1198's about six weeks ago,
Checked on its progress by phone, services agent says maybe by the middle of June I should see something,
In the mean time I have to pay to avoid the possibility of accruing daily interest waiting for them to process it.
In previous filing the last twenty plus years, almost all of my tax files, were processed within a six week time frame, if not sooner.

Re: T1198 (Assorted Topics)
hey Navrat , I have never received a paper from them yet but going back on my own I was 38000 to 40000, roughly the last 5 and I live in NB so I must of went to the next bracket etc.. but this year I was well over that 80000 because of it ... I guess a one year hit was alright got back $1450 (in which I usually get due to DTC ) what can you say broke even better then paying. I would say for me it worked out...I hope it does for you guys also ...Propat if i had the calculations I would share but I don't have them yet ..I will keep you informed if I get them this week .. I am going for back surgery on Thursday so I will be down for a bit ..have a good one guys... thanks for all the help''

Good morning Troops ,
To answer a question posed ....... yes my CRA account has been updated .......... but they only cfm. in a short statement at the top of the page stating :::::
Your tax return has been processed and we are sendind you a REFUND in the mail 23 April , 2014
I know further details because my H & R Block rep dropped off what she could print ..... the SUMMARY report .
The CALCULATIONS it said would come in a SEPARATE LETTER ....... NO given DATE for that .
The 10 year T1198 Retroactive helped us immencely ..... Dfeicit of $ 45,000.00 for one year claimed to a refund over $ 11, 000 for retro back to 2002 .

Re: T1198 (Assorted Topics)
oiler im a 5 year guy as well same province as well haven't done my taxes yet but I did some rough math and I think the 1198 will help me a bit but its close. now im sure our tax situations are probably different but I don't think it would hurt to ask for your 1198 calculations just to double check.
