I spoke directly on the phone to Dan Wallace at the law firm for my appeal process and SISIP had no file on me because I was a zero sum and therefore did not provide any medical documentation as I was not going to get any financial benefits due to the clawback. I provided documentation to the law firm and they also got documentation from my military medical file.

Things are slowing down maybe they are actually looking at the files now instead of flipping a coin. I sent them an email pointing out all the mistakes with the adjudication and basic info removed from sisip file to give them the edge in decisions. All lost decisions should be reviewed by a third party talking on the phone directly to the veteran. my biggest mistake was actually trusting MC.
