Thanks Recon for the information it is very helpful to know more ~ based on this, we won't be approved because spouse does not have CPPD (as of now) and nor does he have EIA. I don't agree with this but if that is what the adjudicator is looking at as a benchmark then they are not doing veterans justice.

Yes,yes, yes I did firebird but it was worth it helps me cope to make jokes recon that should not be a deciding factor the evidence should be the only deciding factor. when your a ptsd zombie no social media at the time to help no money for lawyer they can manipulate you and threaten you to do what they want or cut you off like they did to me. Anything else you can find out going forward to help me prove bad faith adjudication would be appreciated.

As I drove thru Winnipeg I seen a tree full of Sparrows. It reminded me of the good times from the past and the positive feelings I am getting hoping everyday all you guys are successful. Shout out to James I believed we served together and I even believed I opened a few doors for you. Thinking about you stay strong and take care

Re: Appeal (SISIP) (Assorted Topics)
Firebird what your saying is you received nothing from sisip upon med release not even 24 months. you may have a good chance if deemed totally disabled by the adjudicator not a doctor. According to the adjudicator my body part that was removed grew back and all my skeletal injury's healed themselves and the two orthopedic specialists didn't know what they were talking about so the adjudicator gave her own expert diagnoses because she is an expert on everything apparently. Who needs doctors when we have adjudicators they are the gods of know all see all.
