SISIp not paying for 26 year

I was injured on duty 26 years ago and am a parapelegic. I was told at the time by a SISIP rep. if I agreed to DVA I was not eligible for SISIP long term disability. I now find out I was eligible and need some help in what path to take to try and get compensated for the 26 years I didn't receive a dime from SISIP. Can any help that may have been in the same situation. I have been told by them that I signed off to receive LTD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Similar topics» i would assume when each person calculates amount of retro they should only use DVA pay chart/scale for year of first clawback and every year after that just add 2 % since sisip index system and DVA different.... PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER
