Guess, the person that pass the info in regards to Dennis, has earn her respect on this form, and I applaud her for doing so.

I questioned the clawback when I was released , I said that the VAC pension can not be considered income when the government does not take taxes from it and therefore it is not claimed on your income tax return but I did not pursue it because I found out about the class action lawsuit already in progress. Would I be a hero if I started the lawsuit , of course not and neither is Dennis.

To be clear, I was contacted by Dennis and was asked.
I made a decision to comply with his request and post his points of views that he wanted relayed to csat.
I recall that I was asked numerous times in the past to do the same by "Guests" who have come and gone and yet I did comply.
I am on the vets side always have been.

Dennis insults this forum belittles the veterans comments and suggest some are the fools. Someone should tell him to stay out if he feels that way.(WE DO NOT NEED OTHERS REPORTING HIS OPINIONS EITHER) There are 450 register members. At any given time there is 40- 500 reading CSAT FORUMS that are not registered. If the inputs weren't real feelings thoughts and reactions I personally would never stop by.

The truth is he knows he sold out. He should have stood up and said 13000.00 per hour on the back of veterans is offensive. Dennis didn't and he has a few friends that publicly support him and his unending support of the 66 million in legal fees. Why wouldn't he he is the only veteran of the 7500 that is getting 5X or 500% increase where the rest of us get a reduction of up to 70%. We paid the legal fees.

CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW WE VETERANS WOULD HAVE FELT IF DENNIS SAID THANKS BUT NO THANKS FOR THE EXTRA 50000 AND THEN ASKED HIS LAWYERS PUBLICLY TO REDUCE THE FEES TO MATCH SOMETHING REMOTELY REASONABLE?
