On page 10 on my phone there is a post by recon031 with a chart with rough amounts.
Think roughly according to chart you should be getting around 8000.

Just a footnote. SISIP apparently forgot to send updated address changes to MC before last of March COLA cheques were sent. As well I called in to MC a week before cheques were to be mailed out, and was assured that the address would be changed and cheque was to be sent on Fri the 6th. Still have not received. Any guesses on how much my cheque will be. Cpl, 3b release May 9, 2007. No work since.

One would think that seeing as they already had a program setup to check your status for the lawsuit payout that MC would use that for COLA so we could check to see if we have been processed.
