R22R have you sent your request to adress the court? If not it could be difficulte to do so. If no call MC and ask for it. 6 feet 9 nches, you are a 22. Not many going around. I hope you the one how orderred 6 bigmack's at once. Can't wait to see you!

Has there been any news from the Aug 3 meeting? I thought there was supposed to be a follow-up announcement from McInnescooper???

thanks bigrex i aprissiate the info.still wondering whats to negotiate.damages,interest,andthe tax issue.they will get there tax no matter what.no intrest and damages to equal the legal fees.done and done!!!

the Lawyers meet on Aug 3, and the next scheduled meeting with the judge is Sept 28th, which will be a normal case management meeting, or it can be turned into a motion hearing, if the lawyers reach an impasse leading up to the date. So as I've predicted before, we will likely not see a cent from the SISIP case before winter.
