the Lawyers meet on Aug 3, and the next scheduled meeting with the judge is Sept 28th, which will be a normal case management meeting, or it can be turned into a motion hearing, if the lawyers reach an impasse leading up to the date. So as I've predicted before, we will likely not see a cent from the SISIP case before winter.

does anyone out there know when the next round of negotiation will take place?july 20?september 28?next year?never???
