Navrat, I think the objection is to your statement "so we as the class don't really matter in the negioations, if the court thinks it a fair settlement then that is what we get". If the settlement is not fair, we have the opportunity to influence the judge's decision to accept or reject the settlement as long as our objections are well thought out and not unreasonable. It is not a done deal until the judge reviews the settlement and any submissions by the class before making his decision.

Propat wtf are you talking about, when did I say the judge has already read it, I said if the judge thinks its a fair settlement then he will approve it , and that is 15 Jan. Also I said if the court thinks its a fir settlement thy will pass it . You mut be drinking again , Propat

right robbie keeping him in the know is a good thing and probably manditory.when the deal i done he will get it and we will all be sent it at the same time.

I do believe the memo said, they have kept the court in the know which means that Justice Barnes is not in the dark and I think that is a good thing. He does not come across as a knee-jerk kind of guy. So keep the chin up boys it can't be all that bad.

So I guess we will know by mid dec what the settlement is, Has anyone got any new information on the other zero sums , those not on the official list. Oh did you read the memo clearly, it said if the judge thinks its a fair settlement, so we as the class don't really matter in the negioations, if the court thinks it a fair settlement then that is what we get
