MFORs, you are assuming that he will be getting a future SISIP payment, which will not be the case for the majority of class members. That is part of the problem, people are assuming that most of the 7500 class members are getting money until they are 65, but that is incorrect. The Law firm first identified 900 zero sum clients, and then another 250 when they went back to 1976. So if there are only 1150 veterans that are entitled to reapply for future payments over the last 36 years, there would have to be another 2600 totally disabled Veterans that were getting partial SISIP in order for even 50% of the 7500 class members to get future payments, which I cannot see happening. But unfortunately since nobody will release how the numbers of class members breaks down, so we can tell exactly how many fall into each category, Ie 24 month only, totally disabled and still receiving a reduced SISIP benefit and the Zero sum client entitled to be reinstated, everything is just guess work.
