LMAO
SISIP is a government agency built to run plan for CDS and the CF. Maritime life only under wrote it. SISIP people need to be fire one and all.

Another way of looking at things.
SISIP is in the game strickly for money and they will do anything to keep that money close to their chests. So they take back any other benefits we might get, so they save money, while we don't get any more. For example those who recieve or about to recieve CPPD will get it clawed back by SISIP because SISIP is in the game of saving money on the backs of others...
I think that this should happen. All the employees and shareholders of SISIP who contribute to the active Clawbacks should get a Clawback of their own. This is how I see it, If a member of SISIP qualifies for LTD and has also qualified for disability the Clawback should happen to them, with a twist. Lets say the employee benefits from 'Nookie benefits' and has recieved nookie in the past with somebody else then they cannot have/benefit from any more nookie with their current partner untill all the previous nookie has been paid back. Plus interest. So if in the last two years they had gotten nookie 150 times then they have to wait the full 150 future possible times with their partner now. Any future nookie will be taken back nookie for nookie, if said person is getting nookie from somebody else. Therefore the grand total of nookie is Zero.
The Nookie Clawback will create Zero Nookie clients who will start demanding that Nookie be reinstated. The problem is that the nookie LTD will only be granted at a 75% level in which the Zero nookie client will not get the extra 25% needed for total satisfaction. Note that if and when the Zero nookie client dies then their partner does not recieve any future nookie from SISIP. If the Zero nookie client reaches the age of 65 before passing away all LTD nookie benefits will cease. It is advised that Zero nookie clients put away some of their nookie in a secure nookie account where it cannot be touched until compulsory nookie retirement date of 65. At which time the client can fully access all previously saved nookie and use it all at once or spread it out over time.
Every year the Nookie client will be sent a doctors form to fill out to ensure that the client is still considered TPI so that they will benefit for another year of 75% nookie. Those who live in Newfoundland will get their nookie a full half hour before the rest of Canada. If it so happens that you get better and no longer qualify as TPI all future 75% nookie from us will then be taken away as you can now achieve 100% nookie on your own.
