Are you saying that anyone can address the courts and try to influence them in one day say for a two minute period, sounds like whining then, too bad we had a gag order maybe members could have been invited all along, and again please do not rip me a new one for a comment, just a thought I do not know the law and that is that. No not take over . Its just the point in a class action that we as class members get to have our imput as if we were the lead. I would suggest there should have been more then one lead but i was not there at the closed door stuff.
Point is now we get our say the lead brought us this far now you get a single chance to say your points on the proposal.

Yes, I know I got the COLA for that one year, but what I was talking about is how the COLA are compounded so that over a long period of time, it can grow rather large

when we talk cola is the same as yearly index.. if we on wrong page let me know

yes you will have a cola added for the second year.. however its capped at 2% vac and military pension is not capped at 2% it could be more

MFORS, my SISIP didn't increase much, since I only received SISIP for 2 years, and lost $17112 in 2006 and $17688 in 2007 because of the clawback. That's it, $34800 total. There will be interest added, but certainly no COLA adjustments.
