I will bet that they will say that the money is intended to assist in the 3rd party adjudication and fights over reinstatement for some. Maybe they should throw some of the money towards the legal team for the NVC and the lump sum awards class action. After all those lawyers built up a war chest of donations so that they don't have to go after the class members for the money when they win.

I am involved in that lawsuit as well, but after the personal insults and attacks I have endured for trying to advocate for the best possible deal for ALL SISIP class members, not just a select few, I think I shall remain on the sidelines for that fight. Unless of course I don't see anyone else standing up for what is right.

Np Sparrow, there should be no stress on anyone from this point out and I thank you for all you have done. Teentitan if you read this post can you add my question: Will the class have access to the $1 million dollar legal trust to fight the unlawful "deemed tax" ITA law.

Pigeons, Teen has put together a substantial list of questions and forwarded to Peter Driscoll in reference to tax implications and I summize the firm will respond with some of the answers we seek ~ I can however ask the legal firm that specific question you wish answered but would like to confirm with Teen initially if you don't mind before I proceed ~ I will say that I have previously asked the legal firm about deemed taxes and it was explained that it is not an issue that involves the legal proceedings but rather a private matter between CRA and the class action member. sparrow
