Teen, can you imagine any bank in the country turning down MC if they asked for a loan of $50000 right now? Peter probably has loan officers camping on his front lawn wanting him to buy a new home or a fancy car, just so they can lend him the money.

Sorry Rex but I stand by what I stated. He does deserve to have his file done first regardless of the "no priority process" he did file the lawsuit so IMO he deserves to be first.

Yes there is bad blood between CSAT and LNVB fb and even worse blood between Dennis and myself but I think he does deserve to have his claim done first.

His $50K can't be paid to him yet as the lawfirm hasn't even collected a nickel yet.

No disrespect Teen, but the processing of the claims has nothing to do with the court documents. They have stated that there is no priority cases, or preferential treatment. So if they are truly pulling up random files, then Dennis should have as much a chance as the rest of the class, for getting this done quickly. Besides, he shouldn't have to wait for his stipend from the lawyers, so I'm sure that $50000 is already in his pocket.

I should hope that Dennis' file was the first one to be processed! Regardless of opinions, postings, feelings his name was on all the court documents so that gives him priority and if he isn't first then how is this justice?
