There is only a few that have received and that were in the higher brackets. This few could of been just to keep people quiet. I do believe in some ways that the higher brackets may have to wait longer.
I am a Surviving Spouse and was told by SISIP that I would be last to be paid and I also found another Surviving Spouse and she was told the same by SISIP.

It appears to me the higher bracket vets have not received a cent yet!! I'm an M and owed a lot, do u all think we will be at the end. My file is cut and dry. No complicated file at all. Thoughts anyone?? Thanks.
