What's the deal with a " Time Limit " as to when the checks should be issued once McInnis///Cooper has your money , to send it out within 5 business days ???......MAY.01...PLUS ...5 DAYS = ????

During the first Week of each Month, Manulife will provide MC with a list of processed claims for the previous Month. The first Week end date for this Month was May 07. MC has stated that we can start to receive our retro within five business days of the day that they receive the processed claims from Manulife. That start date would be May 14. It was reported here on CSAT, and LNVB FB on May 14th that members of the class did indeed receive their retro. So it seems reasonable to me, that both MC, and Manulife has kept true on their word.

For the Troops who are fortunite enough to be on the first list , does someone have some " Official " information to pass onto these guy's to lower their anxiety while waiting for the truck to show up ?
