You obviously are not going to hire a lawyer because to you they are all liars, cheats and thieves.  So until you give us "day dreamers" some solid proof of what you say then you are just a disgruntled, paranoid individual with a lot of anger issues.

It's voices of reason now huh? The blind leading the blind, as it were? SISIP is doing ALL the work, and MC, well, if you can't see what they're NOT up to then you need to open your eyes. All lawyers, with no exception, are born pathological liars with no consciences...that is a FACT. Naturally when you try to get answers from them it's all "smoke & mirrors", an illusion...their Jedi mind trick on the weak minded. Go to them with some fire in your belly, COLLECTIVELY, only then will you get some answers. Seems like some here have forgotten who they are and what makes them warriors...the fight and never say die attitude...it makes you elite and gives you the edge. Some will try to baffle you with BS, "peter said this and that...then peter hit Jesus with a wiffle ball bat"...please wake up, this is a LAWYER you're talking to, a bloody LAWYER! Part of the same team that didn't live up to the promises of their initial "battle cry" letter from 2007...remember that? Read it again and compare it to what we got, it's embarrassing. DM & MC made out great though, didn't they? They were the decision makers on their settlement deal with the devil, not us...where has your fight gone? No one is going to get answers for you unless you push them hard...start demanding some. 

Why would SISIP tell numerous individuals here that over 2000 claims had been processed for June, but only 1141 cheques went out from MC? Of course MC is going to point the finger at SISIP, since you all think that they were the "BAD GUYS" from the beginning, but they weren't, they were only following the directions of the contract set out by the CDS...just like you once did, following orders, remember that? They are doing 100% of the work, not MC. Oh BTW, to alleviate your confusion, SISIP is a large professional organization, MC are just lawyers in a tiny law firm making money off of the desperate & destitute, this is what they do...maybe they chase ambulances as well, but that's how they make their money...win or lose they don't give a damn about you, only the "cha-ching". Think that they buy their $2 million homes with the love for Private Snafu? They do it off of the despair and misery of others...wake the hell up!

What the hell is so difficult about demanding some accountability? Why isn't MC openly stating how many claims they actually received for June? SISIP had no problems saying they only processed 214 for May, but they only had a few days to do that in, as they had to wait for the official court order. SISIP had no problems letting a bunch of us know that they had processed over 2000 for June, so why only 1141 payments? Why don't you ask the great Peter about that? Or are you afraid to hurt his feelings and you won't get paid...they have no choice but to pay us, however, they want to pay us in their own good time, not in a timely manner...you get a lot of interest off of hundreds of millions per day and do we see any of that, does MC say, "oh sorry, we had these files misplaced, here's your interest"...are you kidding me? Their goal is to make money, not give it away.

This whole fiasco is already f*cked up, but instead of demanding answers and accountability, you'd rather listen to those who say, "Peter sent me a picture of a flower", "peter says our money is a rainbow of pretty colours"...sure, to the weak that a sign of good faith, but the rest of us think it's all smoke and mirrors to get our minds off of the real issue. If you can't see for yourself that you're being lead down the garden path with only 1355 payments made 2 months in, then enjoy your pretty flowers, bright rainbows and chirping birds with their so called voices of logic and reason. If you're serious about getting what's rightfully yours as soon as possible, then demand it. Tell your buddy Peter to get out of the dark are shed some light on what's going on...Peter isn't working hard, he's hardly working...sitting in the sun in the Caribbean, sucking on pina coladas and living the good life...firing off evasive, Jedi mind trick e-mails to his band of "buddies", saying, "these aren't the cheques you're looking for"..and they in turn post, "but Peter said, and Peter said this"...what the hell has Peter actually said...NADA, NOTHING. He's dancing around all his buddies who are kissing his glorified ass, laughing his hole off at them.  Oh no, but Peter said...get real, wake the hell up...and what's this scrapbook idiocy, more pictures Peter sent you? Give me a break. Don't act so feeble minded, make them accountable, demand to see anything. Would it be so bloody hard for SISIP to post how many claims they sent, and for someone at MC to confirm it?

That's right, a VETERAN helping other VETERANS to demand some accountability and clarity...not to be sucked in by, "but Peter said"..."look at my picture album, it proves Peter's a god...Peter sent me a letter with a daisy on it, he must be telling the truth"...get real. 

Oh and bud, you have a big anger issue, I suggest you see someone about it...if you can't handle real facts and want to continue living in the darkness, I'll give you an address where to forward your cheque...since you're so above reality and are so eager to give money away.

I forgot all about Pvt SNAFU.  Those were some great movies during basic and trade training.
