When I called I asked why they can't tell me from looking at the computer, we hired them, we are paying them, in my case it will be around 30000 in legal fees , for that amount I believe I should be able to pick up the phone and get an answer!

Ever notice how the APP can always say "NO" but once it is time to announce winners it is broken? It is like it does not want to give up the money. I think we should name the APP. My suggestion, Harper

There have been 2,000 claims processed in July. It has come to attention that the app is not working. We have contacted the responsible company and are informed that it should be running by the end of the day.

Nope, I don't even get a, "You may as well go suck eggs..." response, and from what I understand, no response means the app is not 'up', which is just the easier way for them to not have to deal with us.
