hi buds the stop drop was a two party decision . im sure the lawsuit will resume before the election buds the GOC cant stop it on there own .

From reading the Federal Budget it seems to me that The Equitas lawsuit should re-engage and resume its lawsuit against the Government. Tell me if I am wrong but did The Equitas Society just get stop dropped by the Government and is now race tracking on a non ending run around?
Will The Equitas Society be able to start up the lawsuit again before the next election? Or did the Cons just strategically postpone, indefinately, any chance that Equitas had in court?
