Hi prawnstar. In my numerous dealings with CPC, I have always faxed them. I never knew the phone #. If i was you I would do up a memo, written or typed, to the manager of CPC. Go to Staples or whereever and fax it to them. Fax # 1-902-566-8327. Then keep your send reciept, and you should get an answer. VVV...

Thanks Bigrex. What a bunch of faceless cowards. They can't even correspond with their "clients". I will go the ministerial route to solve my year long battle with VAC.

You have a better chance of talking to the new Minister, or deputy minister. I was told that, as a Veteran, we are not allowed to talk to people inside these various departments within VAC. We cannot talk directly to the people who are making the decisions, that affects our lives, even though it is one of the only points included in the Veterans Bill of Rights.

Does anyone know who is in charge of that place? I am having issues with the CPC and I need to speak to the head of that department.
