trooper got a funny feeling the provincial tax in NB for that bracket will go up by ( surprise surprise ) that exact same amount .

OK, it's just that there were a lot of Torie supporters complaining, as if they had been excluded from the Liberal plan, because they make over the 90K. It doesn't add up to much, but owing several hundred less in taxes, is better than putting it into government coffers.

I know silly bigrex , I was making a joke. Actually I have been doing my income tax for around 27 years now. Money between $45,000 and $90,000 is now taxed at 20.5%.

It will still apply to you firebird, as all the income up to $90000 will only be taxed at 20.5%.

Navrat I'm going to guess Wednesday..as far as the increase goes a little over 1% not much to talk about there.

Sapper..the middle class tax break is for those who fall between $45,282 and $90,563 , it is cut from 22 percent down to 20.5 percent for those who fall under the above tax brackets.
This is suppose to be in effect 01 Jan 2016.
