Sisip ltd payment dates 2024

Mixing up class actions, this class action with sisip is claimable having to do with wage loss legal.

 Still in wait mode for vac class action(2003-present) as they only have a further eight months to pay out for those on the current books, different category.

 Not seeing any public notices in print anywhere (news related) for those that have to apply for payout within the next 11 months.

the legal fees will be higher in that class action, would they also be claimable?

Question on the statement (when ever it happens) of settlement we are to receive,

On legal fees, disbursements, taxes taken and shown, as the amount will be non taxable how is it claimable on our personal taxes?

I understood the legal/tax claimed portion on the sisip ltd lawsuit as it was for taxable income/wage replacement, but in this instance it isnt.

Monthly deposit corrected, no explanation given at this time,

As to the settlement amount that was due, will wait to see what transpires over the next week as told by sisip ltd staff,

In that i did not receive on my side, legal probably did not receive their portion either

My question was on payment dates.
Found and posted from CFMFWS, could not find on Manulife site.
My file is messed up because of the letter received at beginning of February notifying me that a payment would follow in 5 to 10 days from Manulife, breaking down each month, taxes, fees…portioning to legal, taxes and settlement payment amount.
No payment followed.
What did follow was my monthly amount disappearing, to be sorted possibly by this time next week,
As for the mentioned settlement amount, Sisip ltd does not know where or when this will be corrected.
Thus the un answered phone message left at McInnes Cooper’s phone number provided in my settlement letter, they have taken their portion just hoped for some help getting back on track.
Letting others know they may or may not be treated the same when their file gets pulled.

If your asking about the Logan v His Majesty it is being processed from longest wait to shortest wait of individuals and Manulife has until the summer to complete all payments.

I had my deposit at the beginning of January a few days later my letter included the Logan Class Action Individual Calculation Details of my payment.

DO NOT LOSE OR DISCARD THE CALCULATION DETAILS FROM MANULIFE BECAUSE IT IS FOR YOUR TAX RECORDS.
IT IS ALSO THE RECEIPT FROM MCINNESS COOPER FOR THEIR SERVICES THAT YOU NEED TO CLAIM ON YOUR 2024 TAX RETURN.
SO AGAIN...DO NOT LOSE IT!

If you have not received your settlement letter, it may not have affected your monthly amount and is not messed up yet,

If you have received your letter, your file may be askew

Also called McInnes Cooper 1-800 number, was granted a choice to leave a voice mail or email them, left a voice mail and let them know about the settlement amount going astray

Still no monthly amount deposited, phoned Sisip ltd, both on this and the 5 to 10 day amount that was to follow the allowances settlement class action,

Sisip ltd, call attendant x2, maybe by next week they can figure out what happened to the monthly amount, working on it,

as for the settlement, it should have happened according to what they saw on their end, unknown what happened is what i was told,

no banking changes for more than a decade so it is not my end.

Looking for payment dates for SISIP LTD payment dates for 2024 ?

Usually notice my sisip ltd deposit going into my account one week exactly before cfsa, not as expected so far,

Not yesterday as expected, nor today, checked again just before coming here.

Might have to phone, do not have their phone number, found a travel insurance phone number for cf personnel, but not ltd sisip.
