Re: Blue cross?
Mind if I ask what you men get for VIP? I have a feeling I am getting screwed. I got partial entitlements for grounds keeping and housekeeping. I am married but my wife has chronic knee injuries to both knees preventing her from performing any grounds keeping and some housekeeping.

Re: Blue cross?
That's also what they did for me after I talked to them I then went into my vac account and saw that they updated my Vip services for another year

Re: Blue cross?
Navrat, the call your received isn't to cut you off so rest assured on that. They are doing as bigrex suggested; they are conducting telephone interviews now to see if anything has changed with your situation with VIP services (housekeeping cleaning, yard maintenance etc ) rather then you having to fill out the annual paperwork. When I spoke with them when they called recently, they said it is a new program to make life easier for the Veteran rather then having the client fill out annual forms.

Re: Blue cross?
Who knows. Maybe instead of the annual paperwork, they are opting do to a phone call instead, to see if your situation has changed. wouldn't that be nice?
