Actually, there might still be a COLA payment, because he had of received at least 24 months from the lawsuit. The initial lawsuit would have paid back the the portion of the 75% not covered by the other deductions, but the COLA for the second year should have been based on the entire 75%, not the reduced amount.

I am zero sum right now as I am waiting for an appeal decision for TPI.

Confused here , my deductions are military pension and VAC off of my SISIP amount which is 75% of my final salary. So my deductions off my SISIP amount are 75% of my final salary because I did not get any money from SISIP.

well then you were not sum zero after the the class action so you will get your cola for those years .

RDS what they are doing is paying you COLA for your deductions ie; CPPD mli pension ect because they didn't before when they should have been .

so if you apply the COLA year for year to get the compounded effect on your deductions .  

add the interest

reduce to 74% of that you will have a close estimate of your net vs gross COLA retro witch would be the largest part of it.
