Don't tell the Legion though Pinger. They will charge a poor broken bugger 10 bucks to get a wheelchair loaner!

There is a very little heard of place here in London thought I'd pass along to those who don't have or even do have a blue vac card if your in a crunch.
It's called the London Consistory Club. NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED, They have a few dozen wheelchairs, a tad shy of electric ones. But walkers and a HECK of lot other stuff. They repair and wash stuff proper they get from places like nursing homes. Nothing ratty or busted. IT IS ALL FREE FOR AS LONG AS REQUIRED.  NO CATCH.  Run by the Scottish Freemasons out of a church twice a week.

They don't have a website. But pass it along or just pm me if I can guide you.

It's what we do around here ain't it . . . help one another...
