from my understanding of this it will mean if the equitas wins on monday then they can continue with there class action lawsuit against the government and this will still leave the gov with the option of appealing it to the supreme court of Canada if the gov does not want to fight it then it can continue as a class action to get courts to tell gov to fix it and then its up to gov to try and get it right but the court can't make them pay anything just fix the difference between old and new this is only what i have read elsewhere and i guess we wait and see how it all plays out
