RATES 1 JAN 2018 - VAC

Realistically speaking, what are these levels and what are relevant examples. I don't want to get my hopes up but how the heck can anyone navigate themselves through this chart unless there is any context with which to apply. Frankly this is silly.

(diagnosed PTSD, Anxiety, GAD, and dissociative disorder.....victim of repeated sexual assaults, threats, and physical violence)

This is of no use without an explanation of what each level means.
