Rustytheviking well I guess you mean a piece of it or shrapnel from it . anyhow go through the whole proses then sue . I'm really getting sick of this obvious crap. here is the thing . don't just sue the GOC for your benefits sue the board and its members for punitive damages . I suggest 20 mill for the board and a years pay for the members . someone's got to do it if you don't I just might .

Disability award denial
Well, after almost two years of waiting I was denied for my application. Gotta love the not waiting 16 weeks to hear back. The kicker is they are not denying I have a brain injury, since my neuropsychologist and neurologist went to bat for me, but saying that it happened not while in service. I have yet to figure out who I got hit in the head by an rpg in Canada. 🧐
