I am in the same boat as you in regards to an issue that is presently ongoing. In the past I have written my MP with some success, so maybe try that.

If a veteran turns to the OVO over an issue with VAC, and the OVO sides with VAC, is there a way to appeal the OVO outcome, the same way a veteran can challenge a disability denial and get 2 appeals with VAC?
