The new VAC rates are out ....

I hear Gov. Pensions etc. Like our CAF one have gone up by 4.4%
What about things like Gov. lawsuits yet to be paid out, I.e. suppose a veteran was found to be entitled to $5000 from the latest sexual assault lawsuit, but is yet to be paid out,
Would that amount go up by any degree in relation to all of this?
