Re: Update from McInnes Cooper
Good piece of info, lets hope this saga ends sooner rather than latter, there is a ton of people in the know , all it takes is a couple of beers, and everything flows, take care Ron

Was it Conservative party headquarters , tons of loose lips willing to talk, just call and ask, they can't help themselves

No reason , not to lift gag order and proceed to release settlement

From my source...The government has just successfully concluded the negotiations, it needs to be presented to the Court for final acceptance but you should see some progress very soon.

Re: Update from McInnes Cooper
To be honest I have not followed the goings on with respect to the SISIP clawback until yesterday when a cheque arrived by registered mail for October LTD. I was first shocked and then cried as since I was released medically my family has suffered due to my nit being able to work. I would like to personally thank Cpl Manuge for his efforts. I have spent the last five hours searching websites and trying my best to gather information. I watched the short UTube video that Cpl Manuge posted as well found his letter to the CDS and he is so right, a Cpl has to take on what our Flag Officers should have been doing. I too tried very hard to advocate for my subordinates and as a CPO1 got burnt out from continuing to battle the senior officers who constantly put their careers ahead of the men and women they were entrusted to lead. Bravo Zulu Cpl Manuge, you have accomplished great things and we all owe you a debt of gratitude, here is to hoping that as part of the settlement the government who has been found to have broken laws pick up the legal tab so our families get what they so deserve. :-)
