Elb review

I just got my letter, REFUSED. But I am not surprise, I will re apply. With VAC I had to go the redress route about 6 times and I won 5 times. In their answer this time, they try to feed me a bunch of BS, they don't even talk about my back and neck, which they approved for pension and I am getting weekly treatment for it. I have also been declared total invalid by a Doctor in Québec and they have a copy of that letter. I am sure that since we won the lawsuit, VAC will try anything not to pay the ELB.

I did hear something somewhere, but not positive. They are probably looking at ways to tighten eligibility before a bunch of Veterans who would not have applied otherwise, because they would have been zeroed out, start sending in their applications.

No but my application is in.

Or should I say my reapplication after it was cancelled.

My cm at VAC said, VAC is reviewing the EELb and ELB? Anyone hear anything on this?
