I pray to God you are wrong Navrat. SISIP has known that they were going to be paying out since June, so there is no excuse that they could not have at least determined what retro is owed for every client well in advance of the settlement being reached. After all, paying us what was clawed back was the only thing that was always on the table. The information is there, on computer for the vast majority of us, including our SIN numbers, all they have to do is look it up. As far as updated info, this is the type of info that should be shared by VAC. They have each clients current address as well as banking info, so that the class members should all get their payouts roughly the same time. I'm sure some members will be missed in the initial release, but those should be addressed quickly enough.

I too, am sick of all these gag orders as such, I am dieting to hear what's in the settlement and the smaller details, one thing I did hear is the people receiving active monthly sisip ltd payments will see their retro first because sisip has everything in the computer to calculate their payment and direct deposit info, same as zero sum, the ones who are not active will have to update SIN number for taxes , address , banking information and if you are a paper client , then your files are in the archives and will have to be dug out and verified for payment.

The "Haves" always cater to the "Have Nots" and can never understand the desperation and anxiety of the other. I am physically sick about this...somethings gotta give sooner rather than later.

This Gag Order is nothing less that "Cruel or unusual punishment". We are disabled, sick, desperate people, tired of beurocracy and suspicious of government. We need something to chew on. Heres hoping something comes out before the 14th. Tired and stressed!!

Now I am wondering, it's friday for God sake, someone leak something and since the settlement is done, can we lift the GAG ORDER and BLACKOUT. What purpose does it serve now?

It will be interesting to see if we were successful in getting the GOC to recognize pain and suffering of us in the class and what , if any, damages they offered.
