Navrat I'm only going to give you this info once and I would like to see the discussion end here...
Just because the settlement is done does not mean Peter can release a memo whenever he wants. The memo topics and wording has to be approved by the DoJ too.
So until the DoJ approves the memo nothing will be released by Peter!

Has Peter got the ok to release the memo and why does he require a ok for since the settlement is done? Teen , we need you!
