Well they were right my family is much happier now. The only ones happy are the GOC who has more time to pay and the lawyers who are still on the clock for payment.

If it would have been such a news to be happy with, why wouldn't the dates would of remained the same, we would have a nice deal to look at while Christmas, Judge in January and Go.

No, sweet nothing before January, all that was suppose to come before Nov 11th, all this Gag and delay for what, if that's the way of our law firm to say Happy Christmas, we have great news for you, I just know their Christmas will be of talking around the table of what a nice deal it but for whom.

For now, nothing as been said, and the only person I thrust is Denis Manuge, when he said a long long time ago that the deal was done, that made Mcinnes Cooper and the GOC look like......

Yes more people will be claimants and that is wonderful, but probably nothing else changed.

Where is the part about families being happy at christmas comment from Peter? I don't see anything concrete. Who is to say that there won't be further delays come the new year? Things change in a heartbeat in the halls of parliament. Too little too late is my opinion on this memo. Sparrow

Everything done since the 4th, didn't go in front of the Judge in Dec for ....

Had to wait till now for approval of this Memo, it says nothing!
Just a date, what is there to ask permission and approval since the 4th of December to send that, there is no GAG order on a date that was on the Federal Court's web site.
It will be in front of the Judge, nothing else......



No news here, just people wasting energy waiting for news that aren't there, again, those "I spoke to Peter and......", well, again, we will see later and wait for it.

Total....complete ....delay after delay with little to show.

Break for Christmas, When did the come back from their last Break.
Are just do what they do here in Ontario close Shop until sometime in the NEW Year. It seems that i wasted 26 years one knee, upper and lower back, neck crap I should have just been in politics for 6 years years i would have been better off. And better pension kicks too.
