How can they tell you that when that information belongs to you, it's yours, when did you ever give it up, nobody can take what belongs to,you!

I just called cm and she said she could not answer that that i had to call lawyers....called lawyers get answering machine..so who knows

so far the message looks good they only gave a bit but we got our money back so it appears time will tell, as for sisip those of us that sent in all our paper work a few months back should be able to ask for and get a rough idea of what we are getting depending on who we talk to, if you get the old head hunter good luck!

That's the way it looks, I'm only off by about 5% from the dollar for dollar amount if it hadn't been clawed back and the amount we will receive from the settlement.

That's a +5%.

Well, I ran the numbers from the settlement, with the info that I have, and looks to be acceptable, if not fair in my mind.

It comes out to be pretty close to what is 'owed' on a dollar for dollar basis, not including any sort of gain by being able to actually have invested the money on the day it was stolen.

The only question now is how to mitigate the taxes.
