Nothing is missing battlefield but the posts on LNVB and the FB page of DM is simply a posturing mechanism and actually has no relevance to the pace of SISIP. The funds are available and have been set aside as ordered within the court order. DM has signed his statement as our lead representative but I thought his job was done, so my question is why are we still listening to his foolishness. As for my boy Recon he has taken a well deserved hiatus from this nonsense as he has been personally singled out numerous times for being a passionate and a caring veteran but he is a big boy and when he gathers tangible intel I knw we all here in CSAT will benefit greatly. As for me my brother I am graciously sitting here twirling my facking fingers wondering when and how SISIP plans to finalize the remaking 7000 plus claims. If and when the headlines are generated folks we have very viable sources within CSAT that will keep the intel rolling. As for today I have heard nothing worth repeating or posting in here, let's just keep the faith and enjoy the summer.

Sparrow, I think Dennis was referring to the way, and or method, that the claims are being processed. He mentions hiring more personnel, at least that's the way I understood it.
Treasury Board is responsible for providing direction on how federal government long term disability plans are managed.

Dear Mr. Clement

There have only been 2200 claims processed out of the nearly 8000 eligible class members. We are halfway to deadline. Treasury Board and the government of Canada are under a court ordered deadline to complete this process by mid-October. It is summer time and everyone knows what happens in Ottawa in the summer. Allot less!

Mr. Clement, why is Treasury Board dragging your heels on this issue? Why can’t you release more funds at any given time? Are you not the boss?

You are ware that the class members are disabled veterans of the Canadian Forces that had this money unlawfully deducted since 1976. I would think given this governments regular propaganda stating that military and veteran issues are a priority, might be able to keep up the pace and process claims given the timeline from the Federal Court of Canada.

Can you tell me what exactly is the hold up? If personnel, move some more people in to get the job done.
