Called sisip my cm gave me a rough estimate, they just reverse the vac offset in the computer she said, and they will be doing everything,withholding taxes etc, then sending the money to the law firm and the law firm will send us a cheque by registered mail, sisip does all the calculations

They woulnd't even tell me what was deducted when I was on LTD. Said I had to wait for Judge to appove before they would even give me that tidbit of information. I found it interesting since they have had that information for 10+ Years.

Called SISIP today, they have NO IDEA what I/WE are owed, How in the hell can McInnis Cooper know how much the settlement is worth if they don't even have the figures from SISIP?
