I agree with you , Propat , not on an ongoing basis, but my guess is its 20 percent plus costs, hotels forms court costs etc

maxed out we will not know until we get to that stage not even the leagal teem will know.i speculate 15-30% on retro and nothing on going forward money.

the judge already ruled it was illegal so they can argue that till their blue in the face its not gona help.them anyway it would be great for us becouse it would pee of the judge to no end.

Another question I asked the legal team is if SISIP can deny Interest as per its Policy. The copy of policy I have states that generally retroactive payments do not receive Interest. I had retro payments from 1990-2002. I did not get Interest, and my cola was capped at 2%, when some years were over 5%. I was cut off in 2003 for Zero out. The law firm answer my Question basically stating this is still in Negotiations. yet it yeilded to the question on COLA's which they stated SISIP could enforce this as it was policy. So following that logic i dont see Interest comming on Retroactive lumps Sums. Also being possibly granted retro back to 2003, I am a cash Cow so to speak for legal fees, as the question about that, today made me think i would get hit, with alot of fees compared to others. So if i am paying big fees, and getting no interest, and capped cola's, I really hope theres Damages to make up for this.

No disrespect navrat and propat, i would feel better with concrete answers form the legal team, when they can offer it.
