I don't think Mc knows more, it is just that they stalled told SISIP not to work on the numbers individually for 7500 people that might be calling because all this would be to much time consuming.

So now The amount of money we are owed is secret, and only MC gets to know I had better get one hell of a work sheet from MC SISIP and CRA so MY CA can read it from top to bottom year by year Penny by penny and no rounding up because the penny is no longer used, unless it is in my favour...

I will expect to see one long report Thanks MC.

Talked with SISIP today,
here is the last update.
I asked to know the amount owed to me through the years, response, "we cannot give this anymore, McCinnes Cooper asked us not to do this anymore since it is time consuming."

I asked when will the lawyers fees will stop to be taken, May 31st 2012.

They will sent a T4A for back time, another form for the interest and another for to show each years amount owed.

I asked what was the % of income they will hold back, it will go from 20% to 30% depending where you are from and the amount owed.

They won't start working on numbers till the Courts decision is out and it is a go for them.

They have 6 months total to have everything done.

I know lots of you here knew this already, i'm just posting it for those who weren't aware of these procedures.

Cheers.
