DJHartman is right MC is issuing the checks (so they can deduct legals), however SISIP is doing the calculations than forwarding the worksheet/entitlement to MC. However SISIP has not even started calculations.

So will this mean that who were released in 1976 shall be getting their money first, then when those cheques are written the cheques from 1977, then 1978......... and those who were released in 2011 will have the longest wait?

Hey Bigrex; Hate to say it George is right, I just got off the phone with SISIP as well and they said in a random order they will be doing year of release by year of release. DJHartman was wrong, checks are not ready and total amount are not even begun, could be a long wait depending

I'm just tired of the conflicting statements. Nav said his CM says that all of SISIP's calculations are done and just needed the judge's approval to send the money. Your's says that they'll calculate and send the cheques out based on whatever year of release they randomly choose. I pray to God that when MC decides to finally release the memo, it has some actual information as to how the cheques will be distributed.
