Well folks, I spoke with about 90 mins ago and this is what she told me! "The checks will be processed in no particular order! They have up to 6 months to disperse all funds, but hope to have it completed prior to that time limit! Taxes and legal fees will be deducted at source, but giving a percentage is not possible as a round number because it depends on each individuals circumstances!" My personal interpretation of that last part is a reference to marginal tax rates as it applies to each affected person! That's about it! In other words, wait out, and that's exactly what I'm going to do, simply because it's a complete waste of time, energy and stress, to do otherwise!! Until the checks start rolling in, I'm watching hockey, Go Leafs Go!

Can confirm that sisip is completed some retro amounts at least mine. I called and they told me mine was enroute to MC for legal fee deduction and cheque processing!

It does make sence to me

According to the person I talk to at SISSIP, yes they are making the calculations as we speak, however they won't send any money to MC until ALL cases are reviewed and calculated. Then they will send the money to MC who will do his own process like withdrawing their fees and expenses. For each case they will send a letter with the calculations for youre approuval and then they will send you the money.

If we follow the logic of this procedure, It's gone take some time and a lot of patience again. I'm not saying that it's the way it's going to be but if you give it some taughts, it make sence.

Navrat, if you don't mind me asking, how many years were u clawed back at what rank? Sorry for being obtuse, but I'm just dying to know!!

There are two numbers for SISIP
1st one is the main number 1-800-565-0701
and
2nd one is for SISIP LTD "Zero Sum" Clients 1-855-370-0025

Call the 2nd number first and find out if you are on the 1st or 2nd "Zero Sum" list, and then go from there.

Look it up, this is getting suspicious ?

Rtc, you can call sisip, give them your service no#, and ask them who your cm is.

I do not know who my CM is and know one has every contacted me that can remember.Would anyone know how I would find out this information?
