If I see something that does not seem right with my caculations , I will definitely challenge it.

I will be expecting to be billed legal, fee's and tax's to be included in on my first 91 months of retro including the interest,

but on the last 5-6 months before the coverage was restarted, the only thing coming off of this portion should be taxes going to CRA..

not expecting to see any calculation sheet until all is said and done, I won't have a say in any part of it.

The address confirmation, sending of any retro, minus taxes and legal, will be as close as I get to receiving any paperwork for me to confirm or even challenge..

I do not expect either of MC or SISIP to be forthcoming with any information that doesn't benefit themselves, unless ordered to do so..

Correct, and that is why you need to check your calculation sheet, to make sure that they reflect what you just stated.

If they are sent to MC for distribution, I will be billed an additional $700.oo if included in the retro amount,

retro should only be considered as previous to May 1st 2012, anything that should have been restored after that date shouldn't be considered in the amount to be taken from for MC....

i have brought it to Peter Driscoll's attention & sent off another e-mail just this morning asking when we will receive the Calculation Sheet sent to MC from Manulife , let's keep it honest i say ..............

But more importantly is knowing the facts , as to exactly what our Retroactive
adds up to ..........Before it is sent to Peter Driscoll .

puddle, I expect when sisip does the calculations, they will include the 5% and add it to our retro.

EX, MC said that they will email the memo this Week, I have not heard them add to this last email they sent, so I expect that we will receive it sometimes today.

Are we expecting a memo today from MC? Or are we waiting for letter mail again?

They are accruing interest at the same rate of 5%, same as the rest of the amounts owed.

In the judgement we are paying legal, disbursements and taxes..

On our missing payments after May 1st 2012 (para 1 of the settlement) when are we expected to receive the missing 5-6 months that are only affected by Federal and Provincial taxes from last year and not legal fees, as these should have been future amounts, not included in our retro ?

I was reinstated in my monthly amount as of the last week of October 2012.

In the judgement the legal fees and disbursements only have a effect of the 8% plus disbursements (para 51) on our retro (para 1).

If these amounts don't have to go through MC, when would we expect to see them ?
