Just to clarify the 9% I emailed Peter and this is the answer...

“There will be an approximate 9% deduction for legal fees, sales taxes and expenses, but these amounts
should be tax deductible.”

This was the wording approved by the Court to notify members that the all in deduction for the above will be approximately 9%.

At that rate, the payments will take 3 years to be finalized. Unless there were 6500+ completed over the last year, and the 214 completed are just some of the more difficult ones and the class members that were only included at the end with the extension to 1976, the total of 214 is completely unacceptable.

I live in Alberta, no Provincial Tax.
Disbursement could be 1% of 660,000,000 or 660,000?

And we had to pay for the return stamp!

How did 8.079% become 9%........and then what, we have to pay for their accountant!

You are correct bigrex, MC has stated last Month that this was coming, and that it would not have any impact on our retro recovery.
